cyberpcexperts.com were supposed to fix some software problems with my computer by a means of remote help. They’ve accessed my computer on several occasions but nothing was fixed and they’ve still insisted that no money can be refunded because they’ tried at least... What a scam, never use their services.

Just recently on about 9/23/16 cyberpcexperts calls me up saying I just got hacked by a Russian. He states that my pc is not protected so I purchase some life time support from them but this is the second time I did and another two protection plans for other computers. The total cost for the plans were: support lifetime 499., 712, and 712 for cyberattacks for each computer. i didn't need to buy a second plan, i still had my previous plan. I requested a refund within the time alloted, 30 days because i wasn't satisfied with the purchase. I received a refund for 712 for one computer on october 26. I've called them 6 times for the balance. They have not returned the balance.

Ihave had similar experiances with this so called firm one time they appeared to be calling from sydney and was told if I paid a certain way it could be paid to them NZ currency also the NZphone number is suspect

This company promise total PC support. You are convinced that for a substantial fee they will support all your P needs for life. Then when you call for their service they always find additional issues that is not covered and ask for additional purchases. They were misleading from the get-go by not providing a menu of support and coverage. I have PC and network support for life with them and now they ask for IP access licensing, an addition cost. Highly discourage with this company.

They did not help me, my computer was not fix i had to call another one to fix it, so twice i was out money i could not afford
they call me all the time how can i make them stop, i paid them 105.00 for nothing now they are trying to get more money.I think there going into my computer and messing with it because they are mad they have all of my info there number is [protected] if any one needs it.

Since signing up for this service I have spent a huge amount of hours on the phone trying to understand your agent who had informed me that my computer was in danger from some California agency even though my computer was running well and no indication from my security sites that any one was attacking my computer. Contributing to the long hours on the phone was my inability to fully understand instructions and the use of non-standard phoeneitic alphabet did not help. After last session I was left with a computer that would not connect to the internet and subsequently had to be purged and updated to again become operational. Although I was told I had problems when agent called me I do not believe I had any problems. I found no benefit from from this service and request a reasonable refund of my payments. I also wish to inform you of the termination of my contact with you. WILLIAM L MCDERMOTT

My experience is similar to dbarrymore of June 2014.

My faith depended on the Winzip name. I had bought WINZIP Malware Protector (Jul14), 18.5 Pro Edition (Aug14) and System Utilities Suite (Sep14).

Somehow with the Sep purchase I got involved with cyberpcexperts/systweak.com and agreed to their support (which was 3 years @ $299, 4 years @ $399, lifetime @ $499) - taking lifetime like an idiot - and now feel I have been duped as I have been experiencing a few new web problems.

The names given me while everything was being fixed up (remotely) on my computer were Kuldeep Singh, cyberpcexperts and systweak and payment to Winzip/Cleverbridge. I would like to know what Winzip's position regarding the authenticity of all this is.

Both cyberpcexperts and systweak have recently emailed me.

CyberPCExperts.com is an Indian company that I have run into twice in the last year. The first time I was connected to them was when I was installing MSOffice 365 Pro in March of this year. The MSOffice 365 Pro Indian support service told me that they were a MS authorized center. When they got on the line they downloaded a system analyzer program called PC Diagnosis Pro and explained that this was their own in-house diagnosis software which reported several severe problems (when in fact there were none).

After they installed the software, I noticed that my MS Office software had stopped working. The agent put me on hold to talk to one of their "senior support technicians". When he came back online, he said that the senior tech could remove all of the problems that existed on my system but it would cost me $299 for a 2-year commitment, $399 for a 3-year commitment and even more for a longer-term commitment. As the tier-one agent had shown me the terms in a notepad document, I copied them to my clipboard.

I then asked to speak to his supervisor. When his supervisor came on the phone, I told him that I was being charged for services that were supposed to be free. The supervisor said that this was part of the Microsoft service. When I told him that I was going to call Microsoft to confirm, he said that I didn't need to do that and removed their PC Diagnosis Pro software from my PC and told me that there would be no charge for their diagnosis.

After I disconnected from the call, I called Microsoft and they confirmed that the 800 number I had been given was not a Microsoft number and they said they would look into it.

I did not hear any further follow up on this issue.

Yesterday on Friday June 13, 2014 I was using WinZip Malware to track down a problem that had started the day before. WinZip Malware had an 800 number [protected] to call if I had any problems. When I called this number, they answered the phone as WinZip Malware although they were located in India.

The agent I spoke with ran the same PC Diagnosis Pro and I noted the phone number for this tool was [protected]. Once again, they identified multiple problems with my PC and once again they offered to correct the problems for the same pricing rates that had been offered before.

I asked to speak to his supervisor (Mayank). When Mayank got on the phone, I asked him if they were really with WinZip. He assured me that they were and I told him that I had run into this same company earlier this year and found that this company was running a scam. Mayank replied that this was not a scam as they wouldn't do any work unless we agreed to pay for it. Therefore, says Mayank, "It wasn't a scam".

Mayank then proceeded to remove their PC diagnosis Pro tool from my PC and, after rebooting my PC, the problems I had with my MS Office programs magically disappeared.

I told Mayank that I was going to call WinZip to report this incident and he told me to go ahead and do so but WinZip would confirm that his office was the American support center.

I asked Mayank what was the actual name of his office and he repeated that it was WinZip Malware. However, I had noted as he was running through the "malware" removal process that the name cyberpcexperts.com flashed briefly on the screen.

I told Mayank that I had seen that name to which he replied that the name was just a subsidiary company of WinZip. I told Mayank that his company had tried to pull the same scam through Microsoft India Support and he said that they had never worked for Microsoft.

After reading the complaints on this site, I reread my notes from the earlier encounter and confirmed that this was the same company.

Mayank then told me that if there were any further problems, to call him directly. He also told me to provide him with a reference number for the problem to which I replied that I wouldn't have a reference number when I called because one had not been issued. He then told me to use my Cleverbridge reference number and he would be able to track the call.

I cannot say that this implicates Cleverbridge in this transaction but I think that they should at least be notified as to what was going on in their name.

I am going to follow up with both Cleverbridge and WinZip US to conduct further research on this company.

I WAS INFORMED THAT THE $400.00 SERVICE THAT I PAID TO INFO@CYBERCEXPERTS.COM NEED ANY WHERE FROM @200.00 TO $400.00 MORE TO REALLY CONTINUE SERVICE ON MY COMPUTER. YEP, i even had 1 of their employees recently HACK INTO MY COMPUTER ! They keep saying their going to help me, prosecute, and pay me back the money that guy stole from me. 2 weeks and nothing. I 'm gonna report them to the Better Buis. Buro. if i dont get it back
within the next 5 days. I am a spinal cord patient, , this is my 1st computer in which it took me over a year to save for bcuz i am on
SSI and live off of a whopping $866.00 a MONTH...IN CALIFORNIA ! So now they have just under $400 of mine with no help !
I"M COMPLETELY BEDRIDDEN ! This is my ONLY LINK to the outside world, friends, and most importantly my family !
I am really upset, maybe $450 isnt alot to them or a lot of pll, but thats how much i could afford for my Toshiba Computer Laptop. I couldnt afford a Dell or an HP so i made the best choice i could with what little i could save up and then my room mate went to Best Buy for me and bought it.(i am comletely bed ridden and these ppl seem to care less.

Wrong complaint. because every support provider complaint try to do best support for their company, if they not able to resolve then... it is not a scam... you can ask for refund... i use to take service from that company .. those guys are expert, polite and good in their work... they are not scamers..
