I am very upset because i feel like cvs pharmacy is trying to ignore their mistake. My then 1 month old daughter was given 10xs the prescribed dose. Me being a new mom, i dont know what the right dosages were supposed to be. An hour later my daughter starts to throw up and got a fever. My mom then looks at the prescription bottle and tells me that i gave her way to much. I went to the drs office thinking that it was their fault. Turned out that the doctor prescribed my daughter .5ml. But the pharmacy gave her 5ml. So i then went to the pharmacy and told them about their mistake. They advised me to take my daughter to the hospital and stated that they were going to keep in touch with me. it since has been 3 months and have yet to hear from them. Ive called and gone by the pharamcy but all i get is the run around. i am sick and tired of them ignoring what they did. my daughter could have been seriously harmed. she was only 1 month old and was a preemie. i will never step foot in cvs pharmacy again and i plan to take legal actions

call an attorney...they will not charge u a penny to take the case... once they receive a settlement that when they get paid. cvs gave my 9 mth old the wrong medication... im sueing for 3.5 million dollars and its not the money because i can care less its the fact that they dont care and they think money can cover a mistake that they made so hit them hard so they can feel a percentage of our pain...u have hospital rec to prove it and thats all u need ...you sure do have a case and i would contact an attorney asap ( if u havent )
