CVS - Manager

The manager was extremely rude and nasty to me and yelled at me in front of the store to leave because I been charging my phone I had gone in the samewahere I'd always done for years as there are few places here to do that. The store workers NEVER ONCE told me I couldn't charge my phone there in fact I'd been there a week ago AND I have bought things from this store for years. The manager was carribean I think with glasses and lunged at me screaming I can't charge my phone when lwent to pick it up and furthermore would not let me get the plug for my phone. The way he treated me was indefensible. He has a bad attitude and is an abusive bully and doesn't belong at any store. And no one told me I couldnt
To take this nasty attitude (his was inexcusable) during a pandemic when people don't have a lot of money and resources are harder to get is thoroughly dishonorable. I have never, like I said, been told by store workers I can't charge my phone and I've been going three going on five years and never been told I can't charge my phone. Manager had no call to take that tone with me. Please do something about him. Below are screenshots of the complaint I tried to file thru their system that kept not processing. I called the 800 number equally impossible. CVS is sketchy AF. This man can't get away with pushing women around like this!

CVS - Racial profling

I mr. Charles conner on june 22 at approx 2:25 pm after purchasing photos downstairs I walk upstairs to self check-out get plastic bag to put my items in, when i'm about to exit store suddenlyand abruptly this man tries to grab my bag and asks me what do you have inside I said excuse me? He asks again louder he did not identify who he was not that it mattered because I was very very embarrased I said how dare you profile me is it because im black? I've patronized this store over 10 yrs maybe more at least once a week, I work 2 blocks away from cvs over 24 yrs, and ive never ever once have seen anyone approached in that manner entering or exiting this cvs. I asked for his name he stated "mr. Mir". I think he said he's the mgr. Or asst. Mgr. I gave him and he had no reason to act in that manner. His behavior was and for future is unacceptable. I have alerted my co-workers and friends who shop at this cvs to please support me and do no business no pharmacy no shopping at this cvs until something is done about this. I am sorry, but this has to be resolved. Thank you... Also I have my store receipt and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

About two weeks to a month ago CVS was giving a coupon for $2 off Gold Emblem Chips so I bought a bag of the red rippled ones that were on sale for $2.50, however after reading several blogs online I realized that another bag was on clearance for $1.47 - $1.50, so I decided to do an exchange and get two bags of chips. The manager was rude but finally exchanged them. At that very time, Skippy peanut butter was also on sale but the store was out of stock so I decided to get a rain check for that. The clerk was very rude but finally gave us (me and my sister) each a rain check. At that time the manager proceeds to tell her that we do not buy anything in the store whenever we come in we only ask for rain checks. Didn't realize it was my fault that they were out of stock. Since I had another coupon in hand for the chips I decided to get more. He comes over rips the chips out of my hands rips up my coupon and throws it away telling me I was to “get out of his store, that he owns the store and I had to get out”

So after a call to his corporate office I was told that he was not allowed to do that and the matter would be addressed and someone would get back to me. Well, on 08/29/11 I entered said store located at 150 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 and was trying to purchase some diapers that are on clearance, I’m ringing my items up at the self checkup and here comes the said manager and an associate and she cancels my order and he once again is screaming at the top of his lungs telling me that I was doing a “bait and switch” whatever that was and that he would once again be calling the police which apparently had arrived after we left the store this time. After the police arrive he informs them that on my last visit I told him “I would get gang members to kill him” and that I was what I assume a “bait and switch” to be stealing. I can only assume that the gang members comment is because I’m Black. This goes on for about 10 – 20 mins at which time they inform me that by being on the premises that is considered criminal trespassing and that I could be arrested for being in that store. OH he also said that I could call his boss again and “he couldn’t do him anything”. After making another complaint to the corporate headquarters I’m still waiting to be contacted. I made another call to corporate and was informed that the issue was closed and that the issue did not deserve a call back. What’s the point in having a customer service department
