I applied for membership and paid the $75 dollars down payment. I paid 1/2 in cash and 1/2 in debit card. After few days, the system showed that my down payment was not paid. The person in charge was named Micheal and currently the manager at Glendale or some else where. It has been over 2 years now and still it showed this error. I have not been to the gym over a year now and finally went few weeks ago to solve this issue, the current manager at Rosemead T.J explained that the down payment was a check that was refunded back to the account. First of all, I did not pay the full full payment of $75 with my debit card, second, my bank statement still shows the amount being deducted from bally. Now they are asking me for paying the full amount of $75 dowmpayment. They even took my bally card!!
My advise to look out for micheal, he is such a rip off!
