my wife and I stopped to eat and weren't allowed in parking lot. There were about a dozen cars having a car show. There were cars in lot that weren't in show. There were also many empty spots. I will never eat at Culvers again. I refuse to do business with any company that doesn't put its customers first!

The restaurant was not busy in the middle of the afternoon but there was a lake if urine bounced the urinal. I will not return to the location at I-101 and Shea Boulevard in the Pima Crossing shopping center in Scottsdale, AZ. The manager should be fired! Lazy. No control of his young staff.

I have had swiss mushroom burger several times and ever time the grease just drips from the burger and makes the bun soggy. If they would drain the mushrooms it would better.

Ordering at the Center Way Knoxville and waited over 30 minutes for a single ice cream (order 75). We watched many cars behind us get their orders. At the 30 minute mark, I asked but the order still did not show. After 32 minutes we left without the order.

Vincennes, IN location…ordered 3 peanut butter milkshakes and they were like drinking milk. Consistency was way too thin for all 3 and you could barely taste the peanut butter. Normally the consistency is very thick and you can usually see the peanut butter. They tasted awful. I expect better from Culver’s.

Went in ordered 1DBL and 1 SNGL hamburgers to go got home and the double had 1 full pattie and a pattie that looked like something took a big bite out of it didnt get what we paided for

This is the third time. I ate at CULVERS and ordered Sweet Tea and the tea was not sweet. I filled my cup with the thermos marked sweet tea and it was not sweet

Manager would not give my party of 4 the senior discount. 84, 82, 65, and 63. They said everyone would have to pay their own bill to receive the 10% discount. I told her that wasn’t the store policy and she walked away from me.

I used to like Culver’s but never again.

The food was not good ! My fish was wet and they don't give you many fries. I will NEVER go back.

I’m terribly disappointed in the change of soda choices ! I eat at culvers quite often and now I don’t know if I will! My stomach doesn’t tolerate coke products and I have to drink diet ! Not much of a choice ! Very disappointed Pepsi is much better choice please change back ! The restaurant I was at a lot of people disappointed in your choice !

I have eaten at many Culvers locations in Florida. They were great. This new restaurant that opened in Punta Gorda on Taylor Road was horrible. When I got my order the hamburger what is the size of a 50 Cent piece and when I brought it back to the cashier, she said, "well that's the way it supposed to look", very rude. I made sure to show it to everyone that was in line waiting for their order. I will never recommend Culvers or patronize them again

I received a very small portion of ice cream when I ordered two scoops in Topeka, Ks.

Attached is the picture. This has happened often lately. I was in Lawrence, Ks. last week and the portions were much much larger.

Store #257 in Hilliard, On 11/20/22 at 11:30:45 am with Trn:271504. Ordered a Double Burger Basket Meal but received my burger with cheese. I notified the staff who then brought me a burger without cheese but it was a single burger not the double. I just proceeded to eat it because I was tired of waiting and getting it wrong plus I was hungry.

I ordered 6 piece shrimp value meal; received 5 shrimp only. Cocktail sauce was missing. Because this has happened multiple times, I rarely visit. I only use the drive thru. I ordered thru drive thru around 6:30pm on October 18, 2022.

I purchased the 4 pints for $12 at the west branch Michigan location. I seen the peach crisp.. and became instantly excited! But to my disappointment there is no "crisp". It was just peach sherbet 😞

The Culver's was busy so I see how they could have missed this but I would appreciate getting what I paid for. I have ordered the family cheese curds many times before so I know that there is usually a lot but this time it didn't even cover the paper at the bottom of the box like it usually does so there is a fair amount of space

Sudden pain As I was chewing my food; CULPRIT a Small blunt bone in one of my chicken tenders caused terrible pain and injury to my teeth and gums.

Half way through eating burger I noticed it's not all the way cooked... I love Culver's food and their famous for the butter burger but a little let down to have a not all the way cooked burger. I am complying on the fact that it's not cooked all the way and would like a refund or something out of this situation.

I want to complain about the Portage Culvers. My whole experience at Culvers was so bad I will never go back their. I've talked to my neighbors and some of them have had poor service.
First of all I sat at the drive-up for so long with no response, I finally pulled around to the window, someone came to the window and said if I wanted to order somthing I had to give my order at the speaker. I told them I had been sitting there for along time. She told me, I can't help it, if you still want to order drive back around. I did drive back around and they took my order. They put my whole order in a big plastic bag, when I got home the French fries were all dumped out in the bag, my hamburgers were all smushed flat like somebody stepped on them. Your prices are a lot higher than other fast food restaurants, yet the condition you serve your food in is awful. I feel like I was just a big pain for them to take my order, so they won't have to deal with me again. You need to consider pulling your franchise their or get better managers. Word around town about the Portage Culvers isn't good. Once you loose business it's hard to get them back

I'd like to agree with the posting that Culver's has fresh "from scratch" foods and that corporate really cares, but for the most part, that hasn't really been what I've experienced. Maybe the problems are with some of the franchisees, but over the past decade (give or take a few years) it seems like there has been a decline in the quality of several of the menu items. The first change we noted was in the quality of the butter burger - from a fresh hand-formed ground beef patty seared with crispy edges to a mediocre all too perfectly round frozen meat patty that lacked the crusty edges. The change so disappointed some of my family members that our visits to Culver's became fewer and fewer. I continued to patronize Culver's because I have enjoyed their fried fish sandwiches and dinners, soup and the fried cheese curds. The fried fish is now only acceptable (good flaky fish, but a bland tasteless batter/coating), and the cheese curds taste like cheap cut-up fried mozzarella sticks-- not the formerly delicious Wisconsin cheddar curds. The cheesy chicken tortilla soup was so spicy-hot that it was barely edible (and please bear in mind that I grew up in Cajun country and am no stranger to heavily spiced foods and do enjoy very hot dishes generously laced with Tabasco, jalapeno and other peppers). I wanted to report the issue with the foods to the manager, but he made rounds before I had enough time to taste everything on the plate. I was sufficiently satisfied with the fish (not thrilled, yet hungry enough to put up with lack-luster taste) so when he asked it the meal was 'okay' I agreed - but that's the point, the fish was merely OKAY -- not great-- and I didn't realize how bad the soup and curds would be. The next step is for me to call corporate to make a report. But given the dismissive response I received years ago when I called to report on the change in the Butter Burger, I don't expect much, but perhaps this time around I will be pleasantly surprised.

Yes I worked at a Culver's, their chicken salad is made from scratch, with chicken pulled off the bone, with a little care there is like a 99% chance there won't be bones please call and let the mgmt know, they do care.
