Voluntary bankruptcy
Wow SIR Gert van Meijeren, CTS Holding, E-mail: [protected]@cts-netherlands.com, you are not 1 penny better than what Piet Hoffman did before as we have learned that CTS was declared bankrupt this week and that many suppliers again lost their money.
But what they did is that they changed just before the bankrupty filing, they have changed the name of the company at the chamber of commerce into Adesso Industrial Supplies, So the company who has caused many losses to again many companies, does not want that their name CTS is effected.
This are devious!

Quality certificates of Valves
CTS Valves is indicating that they posses all necessary Quality certificates for the valves they indicate are manufactured by themselves. 1st of all, they do not have even 1 single machine center in their plant, so ever seen a manufacturer without machines ? So this is the 1st lie, than 2nd they claim to have ISO, PED, CE, API Etc however searching online they seems not to have any of them at all ! They used to have a picture of a tagplate on their website of a API certified valve, however after checking the API number, it works out that than number belonged to FZV in Chine. So they are not a manufacturer but merely an assembly shop and they do not have any certificates. Their engineer does not have a clue how to design a valve, he only can change the valve design date by using the stolen data from MIR Valves. So I warn each and every company, please do not burn your hands on them anymore, they only changed the name, most of the people are the same of before Adesso Valves, still Arjan Vink, Bert Snippert and Frans van Tilburg are working in CTS. For the rest they are in total with 9 employees, so this major valve company has lesser employees than your car repair shop or your local McDonald.
We are a trading company and for one of our clients we just visited a Chinese Valve manufacturer and see what we found in China !

If you now see on the API website CTS has started to get the API certificates.
What I simply do not understand that if API stands for quality and defending our market on quality issues that they seems to overcome the scam and still go forward to help this fraudsters to get an API certifcate.
Can an organisation such as API not understand that it drags clients over the finish line to place an order with CTS when they see they are audited and approved ?
Was that not exactly what happened before when these CTS rats were working at ADESSO.
I can only see API shame yourself, if you are only in for the money, than your certificates are your paper and the money is just taken for commercial purposes !
They should have received a lifetime ban !

Dear All, I am sure many of you have been fooled and lost clients, funds and resources by the fraudulent behavior of Adesso Valves in the Netherlands. However I would like to warn each an all of you that the same key persons who were involved in Adesso are now behind the scenes in a "new" valve company and try to penetrate again in the market. You all remember, Arjan Vink, Bert Snippert and Frans van Tilburg ! Ring a bell ? Yes Commercial director, Engineering Manager and Plant Manager who dealt and screwed each and every one of you ! We have been noticed that clients in Malaysia, Russia etc are receiving quotes of them again, CTS valves has no Valid API certificates. The are operating in your client base and when an accident happens it comes to your responsibilities again.. BE AWARE

A while ago they already tried to frame us again, they said they posses API6D certificate and said it was shown on their website.
When I checked the API certificate number it worked out that this number belonged to a Chinese manufacturer, so they are still the same buggers.
This kind of companies gives the rest of the Valve manufacturers a bad name, if ever they would apply for any kind of ISO, PED, API or what so ever that hope these organisations would ban them for ever.
We have not only lost money, but also our clients, while our clients lost to deliver and complete their projects on time.
