We have been getting four or five $5.99 charges per month from CSW for ringtones we did not order. This started as soon as we got the phone from a Sprint Retailer.

I'm extremely disappointed with Sprint's partnership with these nickel and dime companies charging unauthorized billings on my sprint accounts. There have been Ringtone charges that I have not authorized to be charged on my account. How can Sprint not keep the customer in mind by protecting them? After all Sprint would not exist without customers right? I'm not convinced that Sprint even cares about their customers let alone provide appropriate support.

Is Sprint's moto charge-first let the customer call later?
