I contacted the CSL Plasma, because I wanted to change the medical institution. I went to one center and was really disappointed with the services. I contacted CSL Plasma and the receptionist was really rude and she did nothing in order to help me. She only promised to call me back and refused to provide any forms in order to change the center. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
i have been a donor on captial blvd in raleigh nc i take a little longer on the machine than others but i always finish mike gave me a perment referal and a lot of people stopped going there because of him my phone number [protected]

I went to csl in Jackson Michigan been donating for about a year now one lady said your protein is to low now I have to wait 15 days are you kidding me? The pay is so low its disgusting 🤢 45$ then 30 45 then 30 ect... wtf kind of [censored] is that I'm never going back and I will be calling a lawyer about the things i have seen .
They stole money from me and I want my money there service is terrible the staff is unprofessional
7/30/22 property was stolen out of my car before 1:00pm and company is saying there's nothing they can do and I believe it's on camera.
I got permanently deferred over a simple mistake..I was told it was intentional and then mentioned after I checked in.Not true.I definitely won't be referring people there.I will go to another donation center...Also going to post on Facebook how csl treats people...I would think that csl would want/need more donors..At least at the other donation center a person is forgiven and given another chance..

My experience with CSL was very unpleasant. the staff is very mean, snobby. and unprofessional. i donated twice then when i came back to donate again they refused me 3 times in a row.they. said i had low iron so even after i took iron supplements for a few weeks, and my primary care had faxed over paper work stating i was perfectly healthy, they still sent me away. then the last time i went in to donate they completely refused to even check my iron, and sent me away and told me come back in a minth.i was never treated so badly anywhere ever.you cant even talk to the staff when they tell you no.they pick and choose who they let donate and let everyone off the streets donate but the healthy people get turned away.i never felt so discriminated.i will never go hack there.they made me feel horrible
