Like many other disillusioned customers of this website - my daughter and I were also given the run around for 5 months. The flowers were purchased and ordered February 9th 2009. Susan attempted to call on a Wednesday (clearing posted AFTER you make your purchase and given a contact number) to our home while everyone was at work. She did after 2 weeks reach me and we agreed on some additions to the order color scheme per her suggestions. The original order was to be pool and white with some darker blue hue for depth. After being told that a picture would be forthcoming in a week we scanned the website frequently looking for a bouquet that might resemble the order. After several emails and unsuccessful phone calls Susan did email that her husband had been ill and so would be getting a picture out in a week and then within 2 weeks after agreement the order would be shipped.
With new found encouragement I sent an additional order for cake toppers and 5 additional table decorations. This was the beginning od June.
When we did not hear anything again, I was requesting to have a full refund as we needed to get an order from another vender if she was notable to do the order - she responded stating that the order would be completed in time and there was not any need for us to panic. It was brought to her attention each week in an email we had yet seen a picture or approval and we needed to see one to cordinate all the decorations with the table decorations she was to provide. This email communication continued until the 6th of July when it was decided that we needed to contact another vender to do an additional order incase the order never came through.
The second vender produced a beautiful picture in 2 days and product was at my home in 2 weeks. I still had no picture or confirmation of shippment from Susan and the wedding was 2 1/2 weeks away. On the 23rd of July I received a confirmation of shippment from some man who indicated he worked in the shipping department and we needed to approve our proof before the order could be shipped. My daughter emailed Susan who did not even know who she was. A second confirmation was sent id'ing my daughter and to the shipping "clerk". The order was to go out July 24th or 25th.
I contacted Susan on the 28th to find out the shipping number to track the order and she stated that she was still working on it. I mentioned that the order was Blue - light and darks and no pool, which was the main reason we choose her for a pool bouquet. She stated that she could change the order to a more green pool instead of blue - I declined as the order was already suppose to be in transit as we were leaving the area in 2 days to go meet family at the cabin and would not be back in the area until after the wedding. We had to have the order by the 30th. I had told her this for over two weeks. I told her to forget the changes just send the order at least we will have something for the wedding.
The order was recieved the day after we left and the grooms mother found the order on my porch Friday morning - US postal mail delivered that morning. She examined the order and sent pictures to us to see. The bouts were in navy blue - not pool. The groom was wearing a black Arami suit with white vest and the groomsmen were wearing pool. Navy does not match. The flowers are white with Navy and dark teal with some other color mixed - not pool. The MOH and flowergirl bouquets were wrapped with a silver tinsel non-cloth ribbon and was a premade flower bunch not separate flowers arrange in a bouquet. The corsages for the MOB, MOG and grandmothers each differnet and had a beige tulle ribbon that was just knotted and not tied "pretty". Some had 2 flowers and some had 3 but the colors were white and navy. The flowergirls were each to have "halos" and only one was in the package, the flowers did not even match the navy it was a very cheap small section of garland that was would not even have been available at the local dolor store. It was connect with green florist tape joined at an obvious location, and the ribbon was not cloth but the paper ribbon used to wrap presents.
A flower had falled out fo the bridal bouquet and the lace flange on the handle had falled off.
On the other hand the table arrangements looked very nice and usable.
I would never use this company again. I would however use the other other florist who did present a wonder order that will be used at the wedding.
I will be contacting the PA Atty General's office to file a complaint for internet fraud related to product misrepresentation according to disclaimers and misleading pictures of products on her website.

we asked for Candy Apple red and Ivory we got some CAR but most of it looked like it came from the dollar tree BRIGHT red and white flowers sent the picture after order was shipped and what we got was not the picture sent
