After looking on line for help preparing for exams and receiving advertisements for this program several times. I decided to try this information (20minutes ago). I paid online and instead of getting the booklet that I thought would be mailed from my home, received an download. I have now downloaded the information and discovered that not only is this a mere 161 pages of which only approximately 50 pages consist of actual informatio, but that information is erroneous!!! An actual quote is "In June 31, 1964, a US ship sailing in disputed waters off the Gulf of Tonkin was fired at by Nort Vietnamese forces." I want to attempt to get my money back, but have found no recourse.
Too late, I have found that there have been previous complaints about this company as far back as January 2008. Why is it still in business? What can I do, if anything to get my money back? I'm afraid that I will never see my money again. I feel very, very foolish, but I would never have used this company if I hadn't seen it advertised on other sites.
