i went to the cricket store in brigham city utah and explained to them that i was going out of state for a month and needed to upgrade to the roaming on my phone. the lady working explained to me that i didnt need to upgrade that it would just be cheaper to just put money into my flex bucket that i could getn more minutes that way. so i put $40 on my flex bucket and here i am in st. louis and have no service and have been on the phone with cricket for over and hour and they are telling me there is nothing that they can do and that the lady at the brigham store shouldnt have told me what she did tre is no excuse for this i have been with cricket for almost 2 years and should not have to spend my entire vacation worring about the rest of family thats in utah. i have every intention on not only finding a new phone company when i return home but speeking with my attourney about this problem.
