When I applied for a mortgage I was asked to provide a credit score. I found GLD MYSCORE from the internet and applied for my score. There was a small fee for which I used my credit card. They could not succeed in getting my score, and every time I called the customer service they would ask me to wait for 48 hours to work on it. After 3 attempts I gave up and stopped using their service. I was surprised that they charged my credit card for $29.95 for 2 months consecutively but when I tried to call them there was no response from their customer service. I couldn't get the right phone number. A third month also saw the same charge and I called my credit card company to block these payments.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company charged me a fee of 29.95 without my acknowledge. When I called about a refund, I was told that I was on a trial period and after seven day I was charged. I was not aware of a trial period or this anonymous charge. I was denied my refund and was told that I was denied because it was after the trial period. I wasn't aware of this charge. or the trial period until after I had been charged and called about the issue.
I was offered a FREE CREDIT SCORE REPORT as i wanted to apply for a loan, so i filled in the FREE on line form an has not recived any report! after giving out my details to credit score three lots of £19.95 in total £ 59.85! as been taken from my credit card, im a single parent on benifits an is struggling AS IT IS! this has really made me mad AN ANGERY! how can i get that money BACK~~?
I was charged 29.95 on my debit card for something I know nothing about. I called to cancel and not sure if it was cancelled. Please help
I have been charged 3 times now a charge of 19.95 . the name that is coming up on my checking account statement is MNI*CREDITSCORE.CO
the amount of $ 29.95 U.S. dollars has been debited from my credit card from Bank Santander Brazil on February 9, 2011 the company MVQ * CREDSCORECOMPLETE, I never had contact with this company and also never received a credit report it and also never authorized this debit to my card. I want my money back.
All I wanted to do was check my credit score, ya know like that guy on tv says to do. "Absolutely free".
What a bunch of poop! How do you get it to stop?
It happen to me with quickcreditscore.com & they toke 14.95
I am jobless my self too & I do find the way Company can make money this days is disgreacefull ! What you have to do is speake to them or send them e-mails and keep copies & passe them to the FSA. Best thing to do if you continue to get charged, close your Bank Account.
I do not have a password or any way to get into the site nor do I know the actually site, there seems to be several free credit report .co .
