Gregg I totally understand I submitted files waited over 60 days and nothing the same with his primary lines. I have had to refund some $6k to clients.
I sent over several files to Marcus (he went by Marcus to me...) and given the fact that I was able to get a hold of him early on, when it came time for the files to be done, he was out of town, or just not returning phone calls. I started getting a bit concerned when the confirmation numbers he gave me in the beginning were different when he gave me an update with projected completion dates.
Bottom line, nothing got done and I am out $1500 that I will have to reimburse my clients with.
