I have a Credit Card of HDFC Bank. I am not receiving the statements for last 6 months. I have complained to HDFC Bank Credit Card customer care regarding this issue for several times. The customer care executives ensured me that this problem will be resolved but still now it is not resolved. Therefore, I have to suffer as I can not know what is my outstanding actually.
