I am in the Marine Corps. While I was in Iraq in the Marine Corp, I was charged over 20% per month on my credit card. I was told by the Marine Corps that according to the Soldier Sailor Act I should have been charged no more than 6%. The bank told me there was nothing they could do. What Should I do.
