I contracted for samples of Seattle Coffee. The company charged my Master Card three times - once for the $5.00 the offer claimed was the cost, and twice for $38.95 - not mentioned in the offer. I have rfeceived nothing from Seattle Direct and Google has not taken me to a company website.

We were scammed too just this morning for 79.63. Tried calling the company at 888-217-2233 & 888-963-2233 SEVERAL TIMES but was told "all reps are busy" over and over again. I finally was able to leave a message for CUSTOMER SERVICE... can you believe it???? Leave a message for customer service!!! The .63 cents that was charged seperatly from the 79.00 was for an "international fee" ... sounds pretty darn suspicious to me... like someone's transferring our money oversea's???? Anyway, I will report this to the BBB and see if that helps. I've also contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge... This company is pathetic!!
