I received a confirmation email of my purchase on 19th Oct 2018. My shipment still hasn't arrived, despite 2 further emails saying - "will be there soon".
The amount (it was changed to Pounds Sterling) was £13.98
I have the transaction number and emails saved to use if needed.

CrazyDeals.com electric scooter

Bought the electric scooter over a month ago, only email I've received said it would be there in a few days, that was over a week and a half ago, every time I send an email, nobody responds. I'm starting to think this is fraudulent. There is no tracking info, no telephone, and no address. Again Boone responds to my emails. I really would like to know soon. It was a birthday gift.

I had purchased nokia 8110 4g mobile from crazy deal and they supply that product but it's not a original nokia it's before what we are purchased in local market china mobile thats that product. And when I want to contact the supplier number is also fraud and nothing we can do and even crazy deal web also some errors you can see

I brought a phone from this site and with 1 year crazy deals warranty.after 4 month mobile got damaged and called them .but they didnt pick the call for the 3 days and last i sended mail .so after 1 week they responded and said they will arrange shiping, but for that also more than one week has taken.lastly they shiped the phone .but i dnt get any respond from their side about they recieved or not. after one month i got call from them and said phone is ready but they cudnt unlock.as i forget password i said to them they can format and restart the mobile.later they send to me through courrier . they didnt mention anything regarding shiping charges.first i denied bt as phone is ready i paid that amount.bt i checked the phone and it is working.they fooled me, so i againg sended that back and theysaid they cant repair and they will pay me 30%.bt i am not rady to accept that and till now i didnt get response.

CrazyDeals.com warranty and import fraud

They sold me a non uae - model lg smartphone with a 2 year warranty - sheet.
The phone is now garbage after 18 months and no one takes responsibility or is even trying to help sorting out a warranty repair.
Lg does not accept as it is a non uae model.
Crazydeals is responding with annoying and useless answers, totally ignoring the facts and their responsibility just coming up with the cheapest excuses.

This is fraud! Will report them to the comsumer protection.

CrazyDeals.com product not received and they keep telling the same thing

I know its waste of time writing here about these people because i have read all the reviews and they replied the same "tried reaching the concerned person and no response" if these people are really responsive no one writes here

This is a fraud company, you will not receive your money nor get your product

Its been a month since i ordered with full payment and they said out of stock on the day of the delivery and they said money will be refunded and they keep on extending saying 2 days and next week

Please i beg you not to order anyting from these guys even if you do check the product before paying cash/card on delivery as they will be definetely fake

I have been following up with your customer service ever since 16 May, 2016.

It has been close to two months now and still they are unable to solve the issue

Just to refresh,

I bought two cameras from your FAKE website and got delivery for it on 16 May 2016

The cameras did not work at all.

Total price for both the cameras is AED 598/-

The cameras kept shutting off and hanging when I tried connecting them to my iPhone and Samsung.

I called your so-called customer service, spoke to Asheesh and he advised me to buy an expensive SD card which cost me 150 AED each. I went ahead and bought two.

I even made a video and sent it to you as requested proving that the cameras are not working and shut off even though they are fully charged.

The reason why I bought the cameras was because I wanted it for my Family trip to Mauritius and to gift one of them to a friend who came along with me.

My trip was ruined, thanks to your poor customer service and follow up and FAKE products.

I have spoken to Nilesh & Jigar on various occassions and they have always blamed the higher management for not co-operating.

I had received a call from your Operations Manager just once in these two months and his mobile number is [protected]. Currently that number is disconnected. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

He reassured that the matter will be resolved. But to no avail.

They have forced me to take a store credit which I am not too happy about as I have lost complete trust in them.

Why would I want to buy more FAKE products from them?

I have also advised them to show me if the cameras [which I purchased] work and they said they will replace the cameras.

The whole point of me buying the cameras was in vain as I had to spend my holiday in Mauritius and kept the Cameras in Dubai as they were not working.

I have advised all my friends to Please be aware of purchasing from this website.

They are selling FAKE products and not willing to resolve the matter when they are confronted.

Moreover, they are also not disclosing the location of the company where I can go ahead and make an official complaint with the Police.

My last call was requesting them to have a call back from their Manager.

CrazyDeals.com kept my payment for a week and then cancelled the deal

stay away from this Company - unbelievable Business practise!

bought a mobile for AED 1200.- and paid right away with PayPal. No notice from crazydeals, no order confirmation, no payment confirmation - NOTHING!
after several days I wanted to know when I will receive the item I ordered and paid - as a birthday gift! - ant they told me the PayPal payment Needs to be verified with an ID. I sent them my passport-copy and then again for several days - NOTHING! After calling again and asking for the Status of my delivery the did not know and asked me to wait for their Information, they called back and told me the NONSENSE STORY that PayPal did not accept my ID! I am usind this PayPal account since 2006 and was never asked for an ID, also never got any rejection - so this is CLEARLY A LIE !

Ordered what I believed to be a GE Opal Ice Nugget maker based on description and pictures posted by CrazyDealse on AT&T's newsfeed. They have yet to send the item and their customer service email address does not exist. When I click on my order the website doesn't come up any more with the setails of the order. Time for the FTC to get i nvolved. Fund out later that another potential customer received, instead of the ice machine, a %47 ice scoop. The company told that person that the scoop was pictured on the ad and was what was actually being sold... not the picture and description of the Nugget Ice Maker. What a bunch of crooks.

CrazyDeals.com horrible scam!

I would like to inform and warn everyone about this horrible scam company. I have ordered an Applie iPhone 6 from CrazyDeals and paid over $300 for it! When I finally received the phone I found that it was damaged . Their delivery service is also very poor, when my phone arrived I realized that box was already opened. CrazyDeals is not a reliable company so better stay away! I never expected something like this to happen! I tried to contact their customer service, but there was no response. And now I'm stuck with a broken phone and out of $300. I'm extremely disappointed.

CrazyDeals.com duplicate product and lack of customer care

i brought one mobile from crazy deals they send me fake mobile that was not working properly like touch pad was not working .and i try to call customer care every day they attend my call after 2 days . i lost my 1 month behind this deal and the very pathetic part of crazy deals is after i send back them to my mobile they repair that same mobile and send me back ( HOW CAN I ACCEPT THAT SAME MOBILE THEY MUST WANNA SEND ME NEW MOBILE RIGHT ? ) any way i accept that and this is my first and last deal from crazy deals ...now that mobile phone is not working properly that is too slow and hanging every time cant open contacts even . crazy deals add shows that is 4 gb internal memory but really that mobile have only 1 gb internal memory i really fed up with that phone...

CrazyDeals.com lg washer after service - terribly poor response and no customer care

Bought a LG Washer in August 2015. Ref # 64905. The machine started leaking within 3 months, the issue was with rubber seal in the front door not properly closing. Made a customer complaint in November. After literally 2, 3 phone calls everyday for almost a month, a courier guy came to collect the washer and he don't even had any packing stuff and could not even lift the machine to his vehicle. Finally I have given up as the customer service response is terribly bad and no proper response after various follow up in social media - facebook/instagram. Please do not fall in trap of low price, the customer support is almost zero from my own experience.

CrazyDeals.com fraud selling resealed used / refurbished products

Beware of crazydeals. Ae. They are selling re-sealing used / refurbished phones and selling as new. Check attached picture of blackberry phone box where the blackberry seal has been replaced by a crazydeals seal and then shrink wrapped on top of the crazydeals seal. You can see the remanent of the removed blackberry seal, I returned the phone to courier and was assured of refund. But they keep assuring someone will call you back and no refund yet.

Not much of a bad experience. I have also used the service and found a little delay and that's about it. It depends on your order and the season in which the order was placed. Sometimes, due to traffic congestion on the web, orders are placed and confirmed with a considerable delay. I have faced the same issue with Ebay also.

CrazyDeals.com wow deals

This crazydeals.ae website promotes fake WOW deals.. Please don't waste your time in signing up for the fake deals.. When the time of the deal comes the site goes down and after 1 hr it will come up saying the item is sold out.. i dunno how it can become sold out if a person cannot proceed to checkout ... i have even lanuched complaints agains this but they dont bother answering it...

I have ordered a havorboard for 99 AED from the crazydeals.com on 6th May 2016 order no. 07585 (last 5 digit) and its been 10 days and 5 call to customer care but no response other than it will be delivered shortly. They changed the color also but still no update on delivery.

Customer support picks up call after 20 minutes of waiting and multiple call drop. There is no email or sms confirming my purchase. I can only check online after logging into it.

Pathetic experience and I am definitely going to sue this fraud company.

This is about the most craziest order. Crazy deals tried to sell me an open piece of phone.When i returned back with the complaint, they send me back the same phone(same IMEI ) with a seal which was done locally.
Sequence of events after placing the order for new LG G 3 as advertised on the webpage ·

23.07.15-After lot of follow-ups for 23 days( back to back phone calls and email requests recorded) item was delivered to my office. To my surprise it was not a sealed piece which was delivered to me.This was noticed and witnessed by the delivery boy.This was addressed back to the call center and Mandar from customer service and item was returned · 25.07.15-Item was again delivered .On checking it was found that the same piece of equipment was sealed locally(pictures attached with date and time) which is a violation of law and cheating customers (Product number and IMEI numbers were matching with the phone delivered on 23.07.15).This was addressed back to the call center and line manager As we know it is illegal to stamp a new seal on an open product and sell it as brand new to teh customer .This will be addressed to the media with the log and all the details and complaints will be registered with consumer rights division of economic department if no feedback /action is taken /received.

I just received my product from crazy deals, so far the products appears to be perfect. However, the delivery service is terrible. Cash on delivery was the option chosen, and the delivery time was 11:30 - 12:00. After handing over the money to the delivery guy who was holding his wallet, he conveniently puts 500 AED into the wallet and then claims he never received it. I suggest if anyone is dealing with them to ensure the company has a proper system in place, especially when it comes to cash on delivery. Please ensure the guy is standing in front of you and not to the side of the door, and give the money by each note. Further, the company took no serious action to this matter. As a consumer it is dissatisfying and definitely will not trust them again.

I placed an order on 26 July for Huawei Ascend P6 dual sim and got the product on time. Everything was fine until I tried factory reset from the phone menu. The device went back to an Android version without google apps but with may Chinese apps and menu.Returned the phone and they gave me back with google play and google manually installed which doesn't have the full function of Android like it will not sync with your google account. Second time they took the phone and returned the phone with the same condition but I refused to accept the phone. Now it is more than 45 days I have no update and keep on telling 24 hrs / 48 hrs etc. Now I am giving up as I realize there wont be any action from them except sweet promises. Understand this mobile originally having Chinese version of Android without google Apps and they modify something to work like Intl android version. However once you do factory reset it will go back to Chinese version without google Apps. I am planning to approach Dubai Consumer Affairs dept. Do any one have experience in approaching Dubai Govt departments for this?

I purchased Wacom G tablet from them. Fully paid all the amount online. obtained the receipt with assurance that the product will be delivered 3 to 5 days.

it is 9th day today I am continually following up with their team. whereas they are supposed to call me... right?

first they said my order for which I paid fully has got out of stock. whereas at purchasing time it was available and online system also collected my full payment toward the product. and they also issed me receipt of payment.

second option: they say they are ready to give and alternative product. claiming it to be same. where as it is an older model

3rd: when I told them to refund my money. they say it will take another 7 to 10 days to refund my money.

4th. they don't take responsibility if credit card bank charge me for delay in payment from their side.

you can see how fraud they are.

Hello, My name is Ahmed, actually I had order one mobile from this website that I think they are good and trust pepole like Souq.com (which is very nice online shope), But after I order the item and I use for one day only I faced a problem and I called them and informed them I had a problem with the Item I had ordered and I ask them to refund the item as per their policy the refund it should be in 3 business days from the date of the delivery and that what I done they till me some one will come to pick up the item, I wait for almost 7 days for the pick up and I called them many time to follow up no response and I had get very very bad service, after that they pick up the item and I wait again almost 6 days and no one call me even for update I have to call by myself to follow up which is bad service again, then they till me we fix the phone and we can returned back to you but refund is not allowed, I had surprise realy that Crazydeals website it should be more professional pepole and famous website but actually they are not they are lier and very bad service and sale item online as well, I will never recommend this website to anyone

neither souq nor crazydeals nor ecart is perfect. I am a supplier to all of them.
so much for them to improve.

This site is as close as a scam as you can get. You are required to pay for the product either via paypal or direct deposit. The product that I have ordered has not arrived and is well over two weeks since it's been ordered. There is no customer service to contact or respond to your enquiries. They do not have a telephone number, but just a dodgy PO Box address somewhere in Sydney, Australia. I am continuing to pursue the issue, but my bank does not even give me a valuable course of action to retrieve my money back. For those thinking of even buying from here...you have been warned. Spread the news and stay away from these scammers!

I bought a carry on on line to the company name Crazy-deals Yeager, I paid with Visa credit card the amount of 25.96 , under the confirmation number 9589 , in May 08, 2023.

Until now I tried to contact nobody answer me , any the item never received. I want my money back
