We have been living in the house for two years and have painfully dealt with the issues surrounding Craftmark not running phone or cable to our house. This has been a topic of discussion with all the owners on Canby and also with the builder since they sold us something that was clearly not disclosed would connect to nothing. We have tried to use very costly satellite service for Internet service but the service is intermittent, sporadic and ineffective. We've tried to get the neighbors on board but due to the cost many are not responding especially since it was something that should have been here to begin with considering we were
all sold costly data connections in our houses not even knowing that there would be no use for them.

This cable service situation is a huge problem for us for work and for our school age children who also need it for studying and
research. Nevertheless, we approached Craftmark about paying for the service or sharing the cost and the answer from the Vice President was no. I guess making this right for us and paying for the install to our neighborhood is too much to ask especially now that we are stuck here and they have our money.

The cost is $14000 to install cable to our neighborhood and Craftmark will not own this issue. Why would you sell a customer an enhanced data package to be installed into a $700K-$900K home when there are no cable services to connect them to. This is bad business ethics!

I am confused by your complaint...
Is it the cable company, the phone company or the builder of the house that you are blaming?
The builder of the house has no control over cable providers. It sounds like they set up a house for future options.
The Cable company has no REQUIRMENT to run lines to you.
Some phone providers are now using fiber optics but again, they are not required to run them to you either.

I see that you want to complain about the problem BUT I do not see that it is Craftmark that is at fault for your lack of service.
