They don't even sell the boots they "sold" to me
Ordered a pair of BLACK boots. Even have the screenshot of my order confirmation. I receive a shipping email an hour or so later, which states that the boots are brown. I contact the company. The woman who responded was like, "We only offer them in brown." Then why is there an option for black, and why does my confirmation say black? She's like, they've already shipped, so deal with it. Return them. So now I have to wait 2 weeks to get them, then go stand in line somewhere to return them, and find different ones somewhere else all before Christmas.
No response from customer support
This website is terrible! Please, stay far away from www.countryoutfitter.com and save your money! I have purchased two pairs of shoes from them almost three months ago and received nothing yet! They don't have a phone number and the only way to contact them is via email, but they never respond! They were very quick when they took my money, but when I need help they ignored me! Don't even try to contact this company for any kind of help, just a waste of time.
I waited 5 months and didn't get the order
This website is the worst place, where to buy. I bought the boots from www.countryoutfitter.com. I have ordered 5 months ago and still haven’t received the order. The seller responded at the beginning, but now he started to ignore me and didn’t tell about the order. I don’t know what measures to take now, because I have waited too long and must this problem now. Please, provide your ideas and maybe someone can help me to return money back.

Damaged item
I ordered a pair of shoes from CountryOutfitter and paid over $300. When I received my boots there was a visible damage, so I contacted customer service and told that I wanted to return them. Their rep told that they would send me a return label within 24 hours. Later I received the label, but they also charged $5 for it! Their rep did not tell me about that and there was no information on their website either. Anyways, I got the label and only later I discovered that there also was a restocking fee of $50! These hidden costs for return are outrageous and fraudulent!
They sell boots, which they didn't own
Customers, be aware! The website is big scam. They offered things, which they didn’t have. You see only pics and nothing more. If you buy from them, the seller provides fault confirmation info and after that stops to communicate with you at all. I bought Western boots from them, but completely different item was mentioned in the confirmation email. Be aware and better avoid these jerks, as well as don’t believe them.
