I got the email from Corporate Sponsor Judging and Decisions Award Notification Commission. They announced that I was a winner of 1 million dollar. The email looked legitimate and I really believed to it. But I was suspicious, because they wanted to get $20 as the deposit and they wanted to get this sum only by check or through Western Union. I decided to check this company and found out that it was scam. They steal money from users like this. Don’t believe to their emails.
I received a letter stating I won $1, 325, 000 but they're wanting a $12.99 processing fee. Anyone that asks for money when you legitimately win money is scamming you. They also didn't get my last name right. I haven't had this particular last name for years. Please no one fall for this scam!

My sister received a letter from the same people and thanks to reading the comments and reviews, she will not engage in any scams!
I also received a letter like this but on lt the winning amount is over a million and they only wanted 12.99 by cash, check or money order. Same PO Box in Kansas City, MO. I'm surprised I didn't see this on Snopes.
