Hi. For all those of you who are looking for some info on the unauthorized charges, here it is: For billing information or any other questions regarding your order, contact customer service at 1-866-396-5694 Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 9 P.M EST. I too was stolen from after ordering grant master CD. It said it was only $2.95 but was then charged another fee of $39.95. When I called the number above to cancel, the lady said that when I ordered the CD, I was automatically enrolled in their monthly program for $39.95 a month and that I had 7 days from the day of purchase to cancel otherwise my card would be charged every month. I told her I wanted it canceled immediately and she kept insisting why this would be useful. I had to tell her 3 times I wanted this canceled which she finally did and gave me a confirmation #. Hopefully this will be the end of it. I will have to keep checking my bank statements to be sure. Good luck to all of you in getting your money back.
