As of December 23, 2016, Consumers First Management Inc., is prepared to offer a settlement
of $2, 667.64 to satisfy the above referenced debt provided that funds are received in our office as
agreed according to THE DUE DATES SPECIFIED BELOW. The payments are as follows:
$100.00 payments will be due on the 3rd of the month starting 1/3/17 until the amount due is
paid in full.
If a payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to revoke this offer at any time.
Once the funds have cleared your bank, Consumers First Management Inc., will release you from
all claims and liabilities pertaining to the above referenced account. Furthermore, Consumers
First Management Inc., will provide you with a letter indicating that the debt (referenced above)
has been PAID.
These funds should be sent by OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE or CREDIT CARD no later
than the day preceding the due date to ensure funds are received in a timely manner. You must
call us at the above number with the verification of when and how payment has been sent. You
may call our office and give this information to the Manager whose name appears below. You
can accept this settlement offer by signing below or sending a first payment as outlined above.
As part of this settlement, both parties agree to waive any and all claims and causes of action that
have accrued against the other. Further, if a party is forced to enforce this agreement in court, the
prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney’s fees.
