I know that this is a scam, any real contest does not ask the winner to send money to go towards the cost of handling and processing winnings. There must be something that can be done to stop these people as many people who are not well off and receiving such a letter would fall into the trap. How they get addresses I am not sure as I live in England!! This should be reported to the police in the local area of King St.
