freeze your chking acct and file a claim with your bank. also if u can not reach the merchant... and if they are based in the US, file with your state attorney general. but if they are overseas you will have to file with the FTC, federal trade commission, they have a website on there at www.econsumer.gov

i am still trying to get my money back
i will go to my Credit Union tomorrow to report this fraud and this Company
