I posted tickets for sale for 1326 for sale for each ticket. Stub hub posted it for 326 each. Someone bought them. I submitted the info to Stub hub right away about their mistake and didn't hear anything back. I didn't want the customer to keep waiting for the ticket so I emailed just to be considerate and let them know stub hub posted it as a mistake. The customer said they thought it was incorrect too. I reposted the tickets and didnt sell it at all Now I see a charge of 40% on my credit card. I went online to the chat explaining it to the rep Reshanna H and all she did was accuse me of reaching out to the customer and negotiating a price after I stated several times I didn't do that. She did not listen to what I said and only started quoting the privacy policy. Unbelievably bad customer service. I also asked her for the customer service number and she said the only way to contact stubhub is by writing a letter to the address. Whaw. I'm very upset because it was stubhubs technical error and not only do I get charged but get accused over and over again by their rep Reshanna. If anyone knows the corporate number please let me know. Worse customer service ever
Overcharging tickets
Very disappointing! Ordered tickets to circus, $140. Was sent tickets for $12. 50. When i called to find out why tics went from 34 to 12. 50 i was told i agreed to pay and she compared buying a shirt from kmart and the markup of the cost to make and how much thay sell it for! The difference is i thought i was getting great seats and now i'm sitting in the nosebleed section, at kmart you know what your buying, i could of went day of and saved $100 and probably had better seats!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was charged for 4 tix. when I wanted 2 tix. as well the seating map was different when I ordered the tix than what ticketmaster now shows the venue to show. $686.95 for the original 2 tickets ordered, and an additional $638.95 for the duplicated order, thats $1325.90 charge on my credit card when I only wanted two tix. Now I see ticket master is selling seats 2 rows behind the ones I was sold for only $75. each. Thats a $1175.90 difference from what I would pay today from ticket master. I am discussing the Experience Hindrix concert March 4th, 2017. I am not a troll, I am greg@ramonasplumber.com
DO NO BUY FROM TICKET CENTER .COM!
We purchased tickets to see Wicked, they sold us $22.00 tickets for $250! each. Called to cancel, they and gave me the legal speil that when we agree to purchase all SALES ARE FINAL! Called the credit card company to dispute...all of this was done within hours of purchasing the tickets, they fought the credit card company so now we are stuck paying for crappy tickets at an outlandish price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We are telling everyone and posting it all over the internet.
I purchased tickets from Ticket Center on Wednesday for a Saturday show. Not only did they charge an incredible surcharge (50.00) but they didn't send the email to print the tickets until 10:13 AM on the day of the show! I was away from my house long before 10:00 AM on Saturday so I couldn't see the show!
I called to complain and get a refund and the Ticket-Center representative told me that, according to the fine print, they could wait to deliver the print-ticket email up to an hour before the show! ONE HOUR! Are they kidding! I live more than an hour away from the theater!
Save yourself a lot of grief and don't buy from Ticket-Center
They did the same crap to me. I got suckered by their domain looking like it was from the event venue and grossly overcharged. Both heinous women I spoke to on the phone know they're scam artists. They practically laugh at you. I want to know where these a holes are located.
This is just terrible, I was also scammed by purchasing tickets for The Nutcracker through The Koch Theatre which took me to EventTicketsCenter.com. I paid $334.80 for 2-$123 tickets, which were actually only $43 each when I picked them up. I understand an upcharge, but over $211 on 2 tickets... That's absurd! My credit card company tried to dispute for me but the company denied, do I have any recourse? I feel this is a scam as they sold them as $123 tickets, not $43 tickets and led me yo believe there was only one $36.90 surcharge, then there was two. Please help if you know what I can do...thanks so much!
Purchased tickets online and was charged $25 in "local taxes" on $200 USD. This was for 2 x $70 tickets with service charge, delivery and taxes was over $250 CND. Disgusting.
Rip-off, ###, I hope they go bankrupt and end up being ripped off the way everyone else rips them off for the rest of their lives. These jerks are scamming to get money, and VIP Tickets does nothing to stop them, which is really lame of them, to let their customers be ripped off and not caring.
Mr. Greenly's attorney (Christine Arden) claimed on 4/17/14 that All Access Tickets has suffered damages of more than 1, 000, 000 related to my post on 04/14/14. . She "demanded" that I remove the post, retract statements and send apologies or her client would sue me in excess of 1 MILLION dollars for the damages "I" have caused.
Since I do not have $1, 0000.00 in my bank account, I will re-phase as follows:
" I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE CONCERTTICKETCENTER.COM OR ALL ACCESS TICKETS FOR YOUR CONCERT TICKET NEEDS AS YOU COULD POTENTIALLY END UP IN AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION SUCH AS MYSELF WITH NO CONCERT TICKETS AND NO REFUND."
"There are many more reviews available online for both concertticketcenter.com and All Access Tickets which were not written by me. I suggest that you read reviews written by other customers and factor those reviews into your decision and not base your decision solely on my review alone."
DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS USING ANY OF THEIR SCAN websites which include concertticketcenter.com, eventticketscenter.com, broadwayticketcenter.com and concertticketscenter.com. They also partner with All Access Tickets who ships fake concert tickets. Major Scammers.
You do not want to do business with ConcertTicketCenter.com. Weeks ago, I ordered 3 tickets to an event taking place in June. They sent me dozens of emails "thanking" me for my order, and informing me that my tickets were ready to download. Well, guess what? The folder they kept sending me was empty. After numerous calls to customer service, they told me "the system is being upgraded and the downloads haven't yet taken affect...you'll have to wait another 10 days to get your tickets." And then another email would appear with another empty folder. I spent literally hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out. In the end, a third party reseller sent me a PDF with the tickets...I paid $45 for each ticket that has a $19.50 face value, PLUS a $15 processing fee PER TICKET plus a $7.50 download fee. So I basically paid $180 for 3 tickets that should have cost $60. Beware of any of these websites that run ads on Google when you go to buy tickets...go straight to TicketMaster. In the end, the tickets that I so overpaid for are simply TicketMaster tickets that have been bought up by third party resellers, and then resold, and resold again, all while using a front like ConcertTicketCenter.com to appear to be legit. Never again.
