As per the appointment letter Comtel should give 2 months notice If they want to terminate the services of employee, however in my case (in fact in reality with all employees) they give notice of one month only, and not willing to compensate for the short notice. They haven't paid me one month salary also, i wonder how this company dare to do such a cheap business In a country like Singapore.

well i would like to make a correction in my post, it's my bad that i overlooked the appointment letter clauses, so the company did not breach the contract. And about my salary which was held, it was because of full n final delay, which i received few days after my last working day.
Comtel Solutions Pte Ltd does not provide proper documents of contract. While joining they will just not give enough time to think also.
