Misleading product description!
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 5 votes
This company does not disclose all of the information you will need to know to complete the course or the refund policy PRIOR to purchase. Only after purchase are you given ADDITIONAL products to purchase in order to make the program work and in order to complete the instructions for the refund policy.

Also, the BBB website has it listed with a "satisfactory record", yet the contact information on the company is false.

Yes, this is a rip-off company. Their site is full of false claims and deception. Once you buy their online manual, they fight you on any refunds.

One clarification, though: They have an "Unsatisfactory" record with the BBB in Phonix, AZ. They have apparenty refused to modify their false advertising claims and had 27 complaints logded against them in 2007, according to the BBB profile on the company. Here is a link to that BBB profile:
