Good 👍
Complete Savings / Complete Save is generally doing well in dealing with customer problems, which is nice to see! But there is still a lot of work to be done (for example, responding to all incoming complaints). We suggest reviewers take some time to understand how exactly the company operates. Reading other customers' experiences can also give insight into how Complete Savings / Complete Save handles challenging situations.

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking monthly debits from my bank account

I have just phoned my bank to stop this scamming company from taking any more monthly payments from my bank, they took two payments of £15 in April 2016.
I was not aware i signed up with this company, but my wife reckons this was done by Argos website, she thought she was filling a form in to receive a £15 voucher or discount on a partner site for Argos. There was no mention of this turning out to be a direct debit for www.completesave.co.uk to take out money per month of £15 each taking. Also i have reported this to Argos as it was their site where this scam taken place.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized charges

This "company" has been taking £15 pounds from my account every month. So far they have stolen at least £120 from me. I'm completely sure I haven't bought their "service", first of all because I would never. It's useless. This "company" is dodgy, it's a fraud and they are acting as a legal business. The authorities should take action immediately against this kind of "company", especially when, like this one, has so many reports against them. This is a complete shame.
The "company" is based on Switzerland.
They claim I haven't understand that I was signing up for this "service", while I was apparently giving all my details - "without noticing", well, that's for sure.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized card payment of 15 pound per month

Hi
I bought a film ticket on line last year then there is a complete saving link of getting cash back or something in the corner of the confirmation page. Out of curiosity i clicked continue and then they asked me to complete some sort of registration. I entered my address then saw that they were asking for bank details. I found it wired so i didnt continue further. Then i started to receive letters telling me to complete the registrations and hell i don't what to register with you! But i am really busy with study and term so i ignored all those letter since they are all about registrations, i have never provide this company my bank details so i didnt pay much attention.

this is a year later when i found that this company has been taking money from my bank for a whole year 15 pound per month!
This is ridiculous because I have never completed the registration for the membership, never have I received any emails about payment confirmation.

This is ridiculous, because i have never authorize the right for them to take the payment. Nor did I complete the registration. They dont have a single email from me and i never have a membership number so I cant event call up and complain about it.

Gemma

Complete Savings / Complete Save trainline - passed on my credit card details illegally, violating data protection act

Trainline itself has a good service - that said a deceptive advert placed at the time of checkout offering money off your next purchase (which was never processed ), also subscribes you to a service charging £15 per month. The subscription is mentioned in small print.
That said, trainline through this advert provides the third party company with your credit card details - which is illegal as it violates data protection.
I used the Trainline last year on a visit back to the UK ( working abroad ) when I returned a year later, I find that Trainline and this Completesave.co.uk have been deducting £15 per month for what amounts to fraud. After complaining to completesave they gave me 4 months back out of 9 months. This is carefully crafted con and from reading many such comments online - it is clearly common place.

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking money from my card without my authorization up to 16 months

In the case of I have join the member of completesave without knowing it, and from January 2015 until now total 16 months, every month the company deduct 15 pounds from my debit card, but I never enjoy any one right from your company, I think this is unfair and unreasonable, I request to terminate my membership and return 240 pounds of the membership fee to me. I really can not accept it! I am a oversea student, I never heard your company, and I do not even know what is the membership for, I think it must has some misunderstanding, I need an explanation and refund my membership fee!

Complete Savings / Complete Save deducting money without my authorisation (concern)

Complete Saving has deducted 10.00 every month from my bank account without my concern, which I did not noticed until I saw suspected entry on my bank account last month. They so far have stolen my money around 180.00. I have contacted them and to my bank. Complete Saving has closed my memberships and bank has promised to stop any further payment to them but can not help to recover my lost money. Complete Saving do not reply and is ignoring my polite requests to refund me full amount back dated. They are ling that I have gave them authority to do so when I bought a National Express ticket on line but I am 100% sure that I have never did. I am a retired now and have no regular income at all apart from my pension .Lt was a great shock to loose money. I would be very much obliged if anyone can kindly help me to get my money back from Complete Saving

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking money from our credit card

Last year we booke e-ticket via national express to make 4 journeys within uk to visit relatives national express passed on our credt numbers to completesavings.Co. Uk who have an office in u and are based in switzerland (No surprises there) completesavingsco. Uk are also attached to various uk companies so be awre if you buy online from any of those companies your credit card details will get passed on.. Nationel express is now using pay pal. ... Now, completesavings never contacted us, why? Because they didn't have an e mail adress, nor a phone numberjust the credit card number so this is in effect stealing, and could be also coming into the identity theft category they provide a service an as I have stated we didn't know what this money was going out of our account because they only had the credit card number. Here what i'm sayingi have reported them to ombudsman and gov't as fraudulent. Meanwhile our bank has put things into dispute, I have had to e mail this company and will have to provide proof to the bank I contacted them. The company have to cancel the dd and I doubt we'll ever see the 290.00 cdn dollars equiv to 200 gbpand why you ask is everyone paying different amountsours being 15.00 gbp every month.. One would ask why we did not spot this after 10 months, we do check the credit card account and we have had a fair bit of family trauma, and prob our punishment is that we won't see a dimemy suggestionalways buy from amazon and use paypalcredit card fraud is getting worse and worse. Like I say one wonders wy some are paying 1195 why some paying 10 some 15 gbp good luck but spread the word

Complete Savings / Complete Save passing on info to our credit card for taking payments out of our accout without permission

Had an awful time, sent e mail. Bank can't cancel the payment.although will put it into dispute (whats wrong with banks these days) well our payments have been going out since last may.15 gbp which is 29 dollars cad to us (why my husband never noticed has made another difficult situation) Unbelievable. Anyways by e mail we've asked them to cancel as of today March 2, 2016. Ironically, my husband things theres a poss tick box or something..(the only thing we paid for online at that time) was national express travel. However, the thing remains that they did not have our permission to sign us up for a savings scheme and futhermore on the website it says 1, 000s of savings, cashback, and 650 shops online. We have never received an account we have never received any correspondence from them at all.Ironically they are based in rich, luxurious Switzerland where they can make huge interests off these payments. An absolute scam. Please chek back on your accountsthis may have been here or there and could have gone back a long time.I always mainly shop at amazon or through paypal this has made me scared as I don't think we'll see any money.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payments

I was surprised to see a payment of £15 taken out of my credit card account to a company called Complete Save. I googled the company and discovered that quite a lot of other unsuspecting people had been caught too. I brought up past statements and found that in fact these payments had been going back as far as 5 months, so a total of £75!
I rang the bank and told them I hadn't authorised these payments from my credit card and I felt I had been scammed. The gentleman I spoke to assured me that they had dealt with this company before but the bank had unsuccessfully challenged Complete Save before but lost every time. "I'm afraid their case is watertight" he said "they claim that you are taken to an online form where you put in your email and credit card details and sign up. THIS IS NOT THE CASE I never signed up to this. Who in their right mind is going to pay somebody £15 a month for nothing? Do the math! He cancelled further payments and gave me a number to ring which I did. I rang and spoke with an advisor who I felt was rather abrupt. She said she would cancel further payments but said I'd signed up when I'd made a booking with Travelodge. Again I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT. She said that their emails explained the scheme and I should of stopped the service during the initial 30 days. If I have had any emails they would have gone into my spam folder as after all they are unsolicited emails. She asked if there was anything else she could do! Amazed at the cheek of her. I asked her for a refund and she said that as I hadn't used their service she would offer me 3 months payments as an act of good faith! What are these people on? I demanded a full refund of the £75 and after an initial reluctance saying "I don't know what the system will authorise" she came back on and said the payments had now been repaid to my credit card.
I have waited a few days before complaining until the payments appeared on my online statement.
I don't care how much Complete Save insist that the only way you can sign up is by clicking and filling out a separate online form because this certainly did not happen to me and I feel they obtained my details fraudulently.
My bank further advised me that should I ever purchase online again train tickets, plane tickets, Travelodge stays, goods from Argos or Homebase then watch my inbox or spam folder after to see if there is anything from Complete Save. These seem to be the retailers that are most suspect

Thank you for your reply Mary but it is very misleading. You seem to be missing my point here as I never filled out a Complete Save form, it's not something you would forget about is it? So therefore my details must have been passed on to you from a third party and in my case Travelodge.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Its an online scam

On the 14th December 2015 my fiancee used my credit card to make online purchases with Debenhams. When I recieved my January credit card statement, there was a debit for £15 to Completesave.co.uk, something I did not purchase, or was even aware what it was. After looking online, I found this was a scam, When I finally got hold of them ( they are based in Switzerland ) after many phone calls, they finally said to me that the "account" had been set up in my fiancees name, so she had to ring back.. she finally did & accused her of lying & setting up the account, they also advised her Debenhams had given them our details, we are promised a refund, as yet.. still waiting !
Do not shop online with Debenhams !

Hello Mary,
No I am happy to sort this matter out here in the public eye.
We never signed up to your firm, we were never asked to register to you, no confirmation or permission was asked of us, Nothing, as would be the norm was confirmed from you, ( or DEBENHAMS ) by email or writing, I have no wish to save money online shopping, I rarely do it. We never gave our credit cards details more than once, ( to DEBENHAMS ) for our purchases... Why would I wish to join a firm of online scammers ? I only became aware of you, when you took money from my account, WITHOUT my permission.. my question to you and DEBENHAMS.. is still how did you get my credit card details ?
Why are defending yourself ? google your firm ? read the 10 pages ( approx 10 comments per page ) on this complaints board...
I am happy to take this as far as possible.. to make people aware of what you and DEBENHAMS are up to.. we are a normal working couple, we are not based in Switzerland, like you or sat in Regent Street, London, like MICHAEL SHARP current CE of DEBENAHMS ..I stll demand answers ? Your firm told us it was DEBENAHMS who gave you my details, Please explain why ?

No Mary... no details were ever given to you & no extra forms were filled in or were we asked if we wanted to join your online scamming company, there were no registration forms, We were not asked to confirm if we wanted to join your online scammers, nothing was ever sent to us as a written comfirmation, Trust me.. We do not need to save money online shopping, We rarely do it ! We were only aware of this when my credit card bill arrived & you had taken unauthorised money from my account ! How can you defend yourself ? Google your company ! read the other 10 pages of complaints about you ! I am happy to go as far and as high as I can to make the public aware of your practices... I am still disgusted with yours & Debenhams behaviour ! Do not shop online with DEBENHAMS... they are linked to online scammers... COMPLETESAVE !
Justice for the average britsih public please, not your offices in Switzerland or some fatcat corporate wally at DEBENHAMS, such as.. MICHAEL SHARP, current chief executive sat in Regent Street, London... I still want answers how and why DEBENHAMS gave you my card details !

Complete Savings / Complete Save automated payments covertly obtained/not authorized

To my horror I have just found out that I've been charged 15 pounds a month for almost with this organization. I booked a trainline ticket last March with a card I rarely use and had no idea I was signing up for a monthly charge with an outside company.

I have received no correspondence from them since then and have never used the product.

It's disgusting that if indeed they obtained my details via a third party website and that I did not received any outreach a customer to inform me of this payment.

I expect a full refund for almost 180 pounds that I didn't authorize to be taken from my account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized direct debits?!

This is the second time I have been affected by this false withdrawal from my Account at a rate of £15.00 per month for the last three months ?
Who are they & where do they get my Bank Details from ?
I have complained to my Bank & called it fraud & when trying to call them there is either no reply or a refusal to accept an error or problem ?
the direct Debits do not appear on my Direct Debit List, as they are unauthorized, so how do they get past the Banking Process to take money from people's A/C's, until they are discovered ?
It is Fraud !

"The only way to become a member is to enter your details in full on the Complete Savings sign-up page. The details required are: your name, your email address (twice), your postal address, and your credit or debit card details for the monthly billing. It is mentioned in several places on the sign-up page that following 30 days free membership, there is a monthly fee - hence why you are required to provide your credit/debit card details on the sign-up page. To complete your sign-up, you must click a "Yes" button to agree to the terms and conditions of the programme. There is no other way of creating a membership but to provide your details in full and click the "YES" button on the sign-up page. "

Absolute nonsense, Payments of £15 were taken from my credit card and I certainly did NOT fill in any details on a sign-in page. There is no way on earth that I would fill in a form like this.

If as Complete Savings suggest this is the only way to sign up then someone from the company you purchased something from, Travelodge in my case, has supplied your information with them. It's a complete scam

Complete Savings / Complete Save deduction of £15 per month since august 2015

On the 9/2/2016 I received an email from complete savings customer service.
I immediately replied to them requesting details as I had no idea what they were about or why they were asking for £15 per month.

I received a reply from them on the 9/2/2016 saying that they were looking into my request.

I received a further email from them on the 10/2/2016 confirming that they have cancelled my "subscription"(that I have no recollection of opening) and giving me a cancellation number.

On checking my bank statements I now find that the amount of £15 has been taken from my bank account every month since 10th August 2015.

I would like to apply for a refund of £90.

Could you please investigate my claim and email me your findings on dgallimore [protected]@hotmail.co.uk

Regards

D.j. Gallimore

Complete Savings / Complete Save tricked into signing up without knowledge or consent

I only realised that my 82year old mother had inadvertently signed up to Completesave on reviewing bank statements since May 2015 which showed £15 per month being paid to Completesave from her debit card. We think it must have been when purchasing train tickets online. She has received nothing for it and would never have knowingly signed up for an account like this. There should be more clarity for people to help them make a conscious decision on whether to sign up or not with clear terms and conditions. I have contacted Completesave to ask for a refund and have cancelled the account with my mother's bank. Looking online it seems that a lot of people have had the same problem. I hope that by reporting this that Completesave are pressured into reviewing their underhand tactics with unsuspecting people purchasing goods online.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised withdrawal of money from my credit card account

Since December, a company called Complete Save www.completesave.co.uk have been withdrawing £15 monthly from my credit card account without my knowledge or permission. When I try to contact them they request a membership number which I do not possess- since I did not ask for it in the first place. When I got through to them they said I had activated membership through a purchase with the Trainline. I do not recollect and most certainly did not ask Complete Save to withdraw £15 a month from my account since last September without my permission! This is a scandal and why the Trainline have anything to do with these people I do not understand. Their reputation is damaged by this too.

Complete Savings / Complete Save - £15 a month deducted from my credit card account since august last year.

I am not aware of agreeing to any payments to this company. The only connection I can make is with Ryan Air and a discount voucher of £20 off the next flight booked with them. I am very unhappy about this. I have only just spotted it. I have contacted my card provider to stop any further payments. I want to know how to reclaim the money paid out.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised credit card charge

My husband thinks he was scraped from train line web site and asked about ticket savings! Didn't think any more about it, but it must have been enough to get his details! We were debited 15.00 on 27th January 2016. We got an automated system at Completesave where he belives to have cancelled further payments. We have placed a stop with credit card. I hope Complete Save refund our money asap.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges from my credit card

CompleteSave.co.uk and My Time Rewards have been fraudulently taking £15 and £10 respectively from my credit card since November 2015. I have never purchased anything from the Companies who promote these services so am at a loss to understand how either CompleteSave or My Time Rewards got my credit card details. I have never entered into any agreement with them nor given them any authorisation to take this money. This must be illegal.
I have reported this to my bank's fraud department who will take this up on my behalf. These companies are a disgrace and should be band from operating.
I was amazed at the length of time they have been getting away with the scam.
