Complete Savings / Complete Save money taken from my account with no without informing me

I have had £15.00 deducted from my account for a number of months now, and been unable to get in contact with anyone from this company by either email or phone. I have had to cancel the payment through my bank. I was unaware I had even signed up with this company I have had no correspondents from them by either letter, or email. I believe I had signed up by error though booking .com and would not have done so if I known.

I have just going through bank statements for the last four months and seen you have been taking £15 a month from my account! I looked up why this would be and who you are, and it looks to be that it was for a £20 cash back on a next train ticket, well the only time I can think off would be when I brought a ticket home for Christmas in Dec 2015. And that...

Complete Savings / Complete Save completesavings.co.uk

Please avoid at all costs ticking any discount boxes when you deal with companies such as Train Line, Argos, National Express and many I others I suspect. I discovered last week that you separate amounts from my parts of this company have been taken out of my mothballed account since January 2015. Since then trying to get all of my money back has totally consumed my daily life by having to write numerous emails, make telephone calls and to not get a response.

My first telephone communication with mytimerewards was met with complete agreement by the young man i spoke to, that I had never taken up the offer and that he was going to refund all my money. He was a little surprised that two amounts had been taken of my account each month amounting to £25 (I'm a pensioner!). He was allowed to refund three months immediately and then I was supposed to fill out a form (sent via email) to claim the rest. This he duly did and the three lots of £10 and £15 were refunded no problem. The form was completed and sent back via email and by post and I had a pretty good response time wise telling me that the £10 per month would all be back into my account within three for five working days. Low and behold yes it has been. However, completesavavings.co.uk are not responding to my emails and phone calls for a claim form, which they tell me they have emailed to me twice. Not true of course and I didn't fall for the charming young lady telling me they must have gone into spam! Haha what a joke. Actually maybe not, their emails do go into junk... interesting. Also the man I spoke to first who authorised my full refund is no longer working for the company apparently but the lady I spoke to didn't really know who he was when I asked for him personally. I could tell that. What a shame... it is less than a week since I spoke to him and he got most of it sorted for me.

I have my bank waiting to intervene on my behalf and also have several other options up my sleeve but honestly this company are atrocious. All I need is someone to tell me I am going to get the £240.00 they still owe me but I suppose they need to hang onto it for a few more days. Earning interest somewhere I suspect.

Complete Savings / Complete Save they have taken 10£ a month from my account for 5 years.

I thought it was my insurance company that was taking money from my Debit card and I contacted my bank and said no it is a card transaction.
I called the company and they said they are going to send me e.mails for cancelation and form for refunding my money .
This is a scam and I do not understand why UK allows these scam company to function and being connected to Ryan air.
No money being refunded yet.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised subscription

I have noticed a charge of £15 coming out of my account monthly from wly*completesave. C i. E. completesavings.co.uk

I have realised since searching this board that it was a result of a '£20 cash back voucher' offered after buying a ticket with national express. At no point does it (Or at least, does it visibly show) that it would be a subscription for such an unreasonable amount.

I have noticed emails from completesavings.co.uk however I had to search my junk folder for them.

I would like the money to be refunded and my subscription cancelled. These are very shady practices and it would be good for everyone to be aware of them.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 voucher taken from my account monthly

I know I am not alone in making a complaint about Complete Save. When I noticed £15 debited from my account, and had been for 4 months, by a company I was unfamiliar with I checked them out. The credited account appeared as WLY*CompleteSave.co.uk in my statement.

On calling the 0800 number I spoke to a customer services rep who was quick to repay the amount debited - suggesting that I am not the first to make a complaint.

How it works: you make an online payment to e-retailer X (in my case it was SimplyBe in April 2016), a web page then pops up from Complete Save inviting you to receive a monthly voucher which you can use to make future purchases at e-retailer X.

I am familiar with these marketing techniques so I closed the window and carried on with my purchase. I see these voucher offers all the time and ignore them so I was surprised to learn that Complete Save had taken my banking details via my SimplyBe payment, without my authorisation. Surely this is fraudulent? Do the e-retail sites know about this and are their merchant sites secure?

Hello Mary,
That is interesting answer because I have never heard about you or register to your webside, but I am charged 15 pounds since june. I did complain using your online form. I hope that I will have back my 75 pounds. And I believe that I will be told how exactly that subscription was done.

Kristina

Complete Savings / Complete Save monthly charge

CompleteSavings.co.uk has been charging my debit card £15 per month from September 2015 to May 2016 and then as ESAVE.co.uk from June 2016 to August 2016. I know nothing about this company. I can't talk to them on the phone because you have to have a membership number before they'll talk to you. This membership number is, apparently, in emails they have sent to you but I have no emails from them - yes I have searched my spam box - so I can't even start to ask them where they got my account number from.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 a month taken from my hsbc current account without authorisation

Our HSBC current account has not been used for a long time until I paid in a Christmas present cheque for £100 on the 10th of Feb 16, on the 11th Feb I spent £104 on the Internet to Next Directory, on the 12th and 15th Feb I returned items back to Next and £46 was put back onto my debit card, as I now only use my Santander current account for all transactions, have not checked my HSBC account until today 3rd August, when I discovered £15 has been withdrawn from my HSBC account each month starting on the 15 th Feb, I have reported the problem to HSBC customer service, who have cancelled the payments to Completesave.com and will return the £90 already taken, my debit card has been cancelled, and a new one will be supplied

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized charges

This company has taken four unauthorised payments from my bank account o £15 amounting to £60.00 since april. As this money was taken
From an infrequently used joint account it hs slipped my attention. On ringing them an "unnamed" foreign lady, speaking in a barely audible
Level became very defensive and stated, I had signed up to an account with
Them, but until now I can safely say I have never heard of them, I have asked for my money back but doubt I shall get it, I am contacting my bank
To make sure they do not allow any more payments to be taken but these
People prarasitise a bona fide payment you make for goods to obtain your
Card detail and as the payment is a debit card the banks are powerless to
Stop them. The financial services authority should get to grips with this type of fraud and I cannot see that this company can be pci compliant in the wat it operates

Complete Savings / Complete Save unethical behaviour

I stayed at a travelodge, I was sent i an offer for £20 off my next visit to travelodge. It was not however travelodge but a different company called completesave. By clicking on the link and entering my details, I have been charged £15 per month ongoing. I may missed some small print but at no time did I realise I was committing to pay anything. Avoid completesave and be wary when staying at a Travelodge (I called at 13p a minute gave up after 5 minutes).

I only realised 3 months later. I never got anything for the £45 I paid. I received no paper invoice for this. Overall it is designed to catch out the unwary. I am disgusted that Travelodge deal with such a Company.

It even says in their small print ' Complete Savings is owned and operated by Webloyalty International SARL which is not affiliated with Travelodge.'

Travelodge say the Company is not connected and yet the link is presented by them, and the small print of the Company says 'not part of Travelodge', why be so specific unless its because the link is being sent by Travelodge. You cannot trust Travelodge therefore, beware before taking up any Travelodge offers that look innocent. The tiny T&C shows it is not.

As I understand i, it is illegal not to present a tangible hardcopy Invoice, and yet I had none. I shall be progressing this with Citizens Advice who may choose to progress it with the Advertising Standards Agency.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payment of withdrawal of money from my account by debit card

I have been checking my bank statements as I have noticed that there hasn't been as much in my account each month as I thought. Because it was £15 a time, I thought I had miscalculated until now! £15.00 has been taken out of my acct every month on the 25/26th since December 2015! I have NEVER signed up to this NO-ONE has ever had access to my card or details within my family either. I have emailed my bank to stop all payments as they are unauthorised and have asked them to check prior to December as online banking only goes back so far!
I want a full refund of £90.00 and will request a further refund should my bank discover that other UNAUTHORISED payments have been taken.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payments on my credit card

I've just noticed a strange payment on my credit card for £15 to this company. Checking back I see a similar payment last month. My bank has agree not to make any further payment to this complete save.co.uk.

I will call them in the morning and if no joy it's off to the County Small Claims Court

Complete Savings / Complete Save completesavings.co.uk

I visited the UK in July last year and purchased train tickets on the Trainline.com using my credit card (I live In New Zealand). I have just realised this month that CompleteSavings.co.uk have been taking 15GBP from my credit card since then. This is something I did not sign up to and I do not even live in the UK so it would be of no benefit. I have had to cancel my credit card and I cannot be refunded the money I have lost. I am disgusted that this company somehow got my credit cards from the Trainline.com. Surely there is a tight security for this type pf transaction? Having now done some research it appears I am not alone in this scam and that it will do me no good to try and get my money back. I don't hold out much hope of anything been done, but I am extremely angry. This company should be held to account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized deduction of £15 per month from my credit card.

£15 has been deducted from my credit card each month since September 2014 without my authorization. My husband usually checks my receipts off my statement each month and so I hadn't noticed these deductions before. I had booked with Travelodge in August 2014 and claimed the £20 off my next purchase, not being made aware that £15 was going to be deducted from my account each month. I rang the 0800 telephone number for CompleteSave yesterday and cancelled the Direct Debit and when I queried the amount which had been deducted from my account was told that they would refund 3 payments to me. The amount to be refunded would be £45 from a total of £305! I told the employee that I was not happy about this and he said that they would send me a claim form, which I could complete and send into their accounts department for consideration. I still have the email on file of my booking with Travelodge and an email from Customer Service dated 29th August 2014 reminding me about my £20 off my next booking with Travelodge. Is there any way I can claim back the whole amount deducted please?
