Complaint Rating:

I looked at a few complaints on here and I'm a little confused.

Some people apparently submitted a complaint and...that's it as far as I can tell. They didn't mention doing anything about it. I guess they figure this is a wonderous website that will handle the complaints for them.

If you have a problem, fine. Submit your complaint with details and what you've done about it. But, you do have to address the issue yourself first. We might be able to give you some direction if you've run out of ideas (aside from filing a lawsuit), but you have to take the first step. Complaining without a solution is, well, useless. I could've just written, "Some people on here are stupid. They complain about stuff and don't do anything about it." That would've accomplished nothing. I don't know that you're stupid, you could just be ignorant about what to do.

In any case, try to resolve the problem first and then - if you're unsuccessful - you can submit a complain here about the company, person, etc.
