Terrible experience

I have just recently opened an account with Compass Bank, and already my account is screwed up. First, I had a pending transaction of $14.00 from a cab fair way in chicago, Illinois and I live in fort worth, Texas. So I taught somebody was stealing my identity. It happened to turn out that somebody that works at Compass, keyed in my checkcard information for somebody else's account. So I canceled my debit card and asked the disputes department to send me another card. One week later I called a representative to see if my card was sent, and there shows no record of another card being sent to me. Shortly after that, I come to find out that if I make a deposit at a branch after 3:00 pm, it will not post until that next morning (something with them being an offline branch), but withdrawals post instantly. This is very strange for a bank who is mostly in Texas. With this being said, if I made a deposit at 5:00 pm, it will not appear into my account until 3:00 am or even later. This is just another way for them to add NSF fees on your account if transactions come in that night, even though you made a deposit that day. The economy is too messed up for Compass bank to mess up your account and for the consumer to deal with ridiculous procedures. I WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS RIGHT AFTER MY BILLS GO THROUGH!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANKING INSTITUTION!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
