The product was not as advertised. They sent me the "arthritis pain cream" even though I had canceled the membership. I have requested my bank to cancel the credit card and issue a new one as well as reverse the bogus charges.

Definite scam!

yes, this is a big Rip-off, tried to cancel but u cannot pull up ultra relief, its now under MYOFED and performanceproductsusa.combut not on the the website I thought I was supposed to go to, they are definitely crooked

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. I have been charged over $400 dollars for ultra relief because I did not know I was being charged until it was too late. They first sent me myomed which I canceled. The following month I redeived another product called ultra relief which I figured was the competition trying to get me to use the product. I own my business and am very busy; sometimes I am out of town for a while. Needless to say they kept sending me a small dinky ultra relief(looks like a sample) and charged my credit card 66.90 each time for it.
