We did not receive trial product ordered 4/11/08 at a cost of $4.95 on my credit card. On 4/26/08 we were billed on the same credit card in the amount of $88.97 for product WE DID NOT ORDER.

Repeated telephone calls to this company have gone unanswered. During one call I was place on hold for ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES.

I would like to conceal the billing on 4/11/08 and 4/26/08. Please advise us how to procede.
