Both companies LeanSpa and Colothin rip you off by sending you incomplete information regarding their product. You think you are getting a sample for $ 4.95 when in fact later on you find that is just for shipping and handling, they say they will give you two weeks to try and see if you like it, but start you two week period from the time you order it and then take up to 8-9 days to get it to you. After that they start taking money out of the credit card you gave them and get nothing in return, not that I would want it anyway. The are both rips off's and sucker deals.

Their ad says 'free trial', I signed up only paying $4.95 for shipping & handling & when I got it, I took it, under the belief that this was my 'free trial' then 2 wks. later $69.95 was charged on my account! Why did I get charged? That was my free bottle! I called & a man with a thick foreign language tried to persuade me that that was for the next bottle & he went AROUND in circles not answering my direct questions, repeating himself that if I cancelled now I would not get my next bottle. I was exasperated! I called again 3 wks later wondering why I hadn't received my next bottle & I get a foreign lady with better speaking english & she tells me that the $4.95 was for the shipping & $69.95 was for the 1st bottle! I cancelled that so-called membership & she gave me a reference number & I had to ask twice if she really cancelled it & no more bottles were coming to my address. The product worked but never again!
