I recieved all this products and can't use and I didn't order as for as I know.
I have had heart attact and don't remember ordering.
I have a lot of other products from this company.
What do I do to get rid of this company.
I can't get them to answer phone
help.

Several months ago I responded to a trial offer for Ultra relief at a one time charge of $4.95 using a credit card for payment. I received two additional shipments and returned the second one. Since that time I have not received any additional shipments. However I recently discovered that they are still billing my credit card at the rate of $4.95 a month. My latest card billing no longer shows it as ULTRA RELIEF but is now PX PERFORMANCE HEALTH. When I called I got the 30 minute wait time at phone # 8882898740.

I orded (Colopure) as a trial offer for $1.00 plus SH of $5.95. I received the product on 20 Sep 08 and cancelled on 4 Oct 08. You have charged my account $39.95; I need you to remove this additional amount immediately. My order number is 1124213.

Additionally, I ordered the product as (Category GOLD) to receive $100 gift card and a Obama T-shirt which apparently was a scam.

Before further action, I need you to correct this matter. Refer to my employer's email address when responding.

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.
