I want to cancel these shipments and try calling the phone number that is listed on their web site, you are either waiting forever for someone to answer the phone and they never do or it tells you to go to the web site of www.colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel.php, please help I am going to change my bank account and never will I ever do this again.

and am put on hold for 25 to 35 minutes at a time and no one
comes on to help you.
You sent me a package two weeks ago which I returned the
same day it arrived. You took money from my account without
my approval in the sum of $88.47. I've advised my bank not to
release any more funds to you.

Hello I did not realize I had to cancel after receiving a samp;e. I received a package May 2, 2008 . I did not open it. I sent itback as return to sender. P;ease do not send any more packages to me . i ordered a sample just to see if i liked the product i did not like what it did to me so i try to cancel my account they wouldn't let me then they sent me another package of pills for 88.45 that i dont want then they tell me that they will only give me back 65% of my money this company is a fruad and scamers i had to change my bank account number to get anywhere

I am trying to cancel this product and any future shipments and I definitely am requesting a REFUND on the charge of $88.97 because there was nothing in the box I was sent informing me in any way, shape, or form that I would ever be charged an amount of $88.97 or of any other amount. I am extremely upset about this charge and I would urge others to be very careful before proceeding with any orders for this product!
