Received package of two bottles which I have not opened and called the company at 888-765-5557. I told the person I wanted to cancel my account and I wanted to return the product that I had just recieved. She said my account was canceled and then told me to go to: colonSmartcleanser.com/cancelphp. I tried to go to the site but it was a no go. That website does not exist so I went the the ordering website and at the bottom of the page it has a place to cancel and returns. The return is only for the trial bottle and not any further shipments. This is not fair at all seeing as if you return a product that has not even been opened you can't get a refund. The amount I was charged was $88. 97 to my Visa. Please can anyone do anything about this my money is from a fixed income and I need every cent.

I ALSO AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND HAVE A DIABILITY THAT LIMITS ME TO WORK A FULL TIME JOB AND THEY TOOK 88.97 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE ANY PRODUCT.

I've been trying to reach these people for 5 days, so they can cancel my order and credit my credit card. Never have I ever had to wait on hold for 1 hr and a 1/2, and still no one answered. I want my refund, I did not authorize these people to take 88.99 off my credit card. What can we do about this???? How can someone run a business, and never answer a phone. I want my refund now. I will call the better business buero. This has got to stop they are taking advantage of people who live on disability, as I do, and I wasnt counting on them screwing me like this. We have to stop them!!!

Ditto, Ditto, Ditto. This company is a rip off!!! I did not order any more product and they sent it anyway, charging my credit card. The website to cancel does not exist!!! Somebpdy put a stop to this. Iam going to have to cancel my credit card!!!1
