This is definitely some kind of scam!!! Have been trying to cancel (to no avail through that company) for 3 months now! Had to have my bank take care of it which is very annoying to all concerned (but them)... they need to be prosecuted! I have done all I can do that they ask and they still send the product. Anybody got any better ideas?

I have had the same experience. Companies like this will continue to proliferate unless the government doesn't shut them down. What an amazing amount of money they must be making on the backs of unsuspecting consumers. If there is a hell, every employee of this company will end up there.
