Cannot cancel membership

Like all the other stories here, I signed up for the free trial. I emailed my cancellation within the 14 day period and received no response. I tried to call the company, stayed on hold for over 40 minutes with no answer.
Two weeks after the Free Trial, they charged me $88.97 and sent a month's supply. Again, I tried to email to cancel and tried to call to no avail. A month later I got charged again. I called the bank to start a dispute process. Was told to send back all product with a tracking number, so I did. The bank also put a Stop Payment on the next charge.
Guess what? The third month, the company changed the amount by a penny, and charged me $88.98, not once, but TWICE! Apparently a stop payment is only for a specified amount...
So, I just had to close down the whole account, which is a pain because I also had to change my credit card number with all the online vendors I use, with paypal, and had to get my direct deposit redirected, which took some time.
The fourth month, I finally got a cancellation notice from Colonsmart by email, saying my auto monthly shipment had been canceled. I'm sure this is because they tried to charge me again and couldn't get their money!
I'm still in the dispute process with the bank, hoping to get the 4 charges back equaling: $355.90!!!
