They give you a 14 day free trial, all you pay is shipping and handling! Then they hit your bank account for $88.00, you cant cancel because you cant get in touch with anyone! They caused me an overdraft charge to boot!

They did the same thing to me! I disputed the charges and my credit card company credited back, only to have them redebit! I'm FURIOUS!!! I've contacted the BBB next I'm gonna email Oprah, and anyone else I can think of, next I'm going to find EVERY company who has them as a link, and I'm gonna email them, and boycott them, and email EVERYONE I know and encourage them to do the same thing. If I could sue..by golly I'd sue. They do things soooo sneaky though, they can wiggle out of it. I returned the product immediatly after receiving it, attempted to cancel...can't do it because, as you stated, there's no one to talk to. So not only have they charged me $88 x 2, they have their product back, and it didn't work either! WHAT A SCAM!

I agree with all you have said and the number I called is 1-888-765-5557, I did stay on for over 1 hour and an Elisa Carter spoke to me and was very nonchalanty stating that I would have to wait 10 business days for a refund and I asked to get a check sent out . Well 3 weeks laterI waited more than an hour to only get told by the same person that there processing system is down and does not know when it will be up. I demanded to speak to a manager and was connected to cocky Mike Johnson who informed me that w -h -e -n -e -v-e- r the system comes up they will refund me...!!! The $88. (+25.00 for overdraft from bank) they charged my account was fraudulant because I had canceled back in May and they never answered my e-mails or calls! I would like my money back! Oh yeah, the product is no good!!

I had the exact same problem. I emailed and emailed and called and called to cancel my "free trial" and never talked to anyone or got any kind of response.

After the second month of being charged (and in the middle of a dispute claim with the bank) the bank put a stop payment on the next charge.
So what did they do? Colonsmart changed the amount by one penny, and the charge went through, not once, but TWICE!

Finally, I closed the whole dang account (including changing my card info with all my online vendors, paypal, getting my direct deposit changed etc.).

Just today I got a notice from Colonsmart saying my monthly auto shipment has been cancelled! I'm sure it was because they tried to charge me AGAIN and found the account closed!

I'm still in the dispute process with the bank and waiting to get the 3 months I was charged back!
