In their add, the only mention of a credit card charge for the shipping and handling if a FREE trial was $3.99. When I checked my statement there was a $88.97 charge. I attempted to notify them both by phone and by email to please reimburse the total amount and stop sending the product. I have gotten no response since 5/11/08. In my mail today received 2 more bottles of which I had not authorized. The product in itself is not a proprietary blend, it is simply a blend of herbs and laxatives that are easily accessible to anyone.
