I am requesting that Colonmate reverse the $78.00 charge posted to my account. Please do so immediately. I was charged for a product which was not ordered. I ordered only a free trial and now my account has been charged $78.00 for a product I did not ask for on a regular basis.

I called the company for the trial pack and now have been chagred for 2 monthly amounts of 78.98 each. I have repeatly called the company to cancel and they told me that I would have to cancel the product on line by e-mail and I am unable to do so. Please, and I would like my money back and an address where I can send the merchandice back for I have not opened the last package.

I tryed the free trial 2 and was charged $80 which i will be refunded. I called customer service and they put me on hold and they never got back to me.
