Unauthorized taking of money!

On March 11th at 11:29pm, the Colonmate.com company made an unauthorized deduction from my debit card account. I wa able to discover it this quickly because my bank had just sent me a statement on Thurday March 20th. When I contacted the company they claim that I had to go on the internet to receive a RMA number to return the product. My home computer is unable to reach Colonmate.com's "support@Colonmate.com" because it is not linked up to their Microsoft Outreach database. I am writing this message via library use.
