I requested the trial and was charged $78.00 for a shipment I did not request. When I called the 899 number to Customer Service they told me to go to www.colonmate.com and request a return authorization. I have done that over seven (7) times and I have yet to get a response. Is this a game??? The product is in the same sealed envelops it came, what is the problem...

I got the free trial and then they sent more colonmate by an unauthorized charge to my credit card.However they did refund the full amount to my credit card.Thanks for the refund.
