Same thing has happened to me except - I didnt order the colonsmart originally and in addition to being sent and charged for product, I was also sent make-up and charged, wrinkly ointment and CHARGED, and Charged again by all three companies. Only to find out I had to pay to ship returned and have an RMA form also!! All together my account was charged over $350 in fees, shipping and handling.. All companies were related but operating from homes in three different states!! Vioderm (the wrinkle formula finally did issue a PARTIAL credit)
