I ordered the free Trial. After a week, I called and told them that I didn't want to product. When I requested the trial, I did not know that they would send a months supply, if you didn't cancel. After I received the trial, I noticed that it was one of those hoaxes with small writing stating if you didn't cancel, you would be charged the $88.00 each month for a months supply. I, then, called the 800 number and told the 'bored' operator that I did not want anything further from them.

A few days later, I noticed that the Money has been taken out. I received the product in the mail and wrote across the front 'Return to Sender'. I promptly called and spoke with the same 'bored' attendant and requested a refund. I was told that I had to contact the billing dept., via email. I have sent 15 emails and 4 months later, I still do not have a refund!

These guys are total crooks!! Buyers out there, DO NOT ORDER THEIR TRIAL.
