My credit card was charged but they did not send mdse. Their company will not answer their phones calls just put you on hold. They will not answer e-mail. I tried to cancel without success. I did call my credit card company to inform them of the problem with this company.

I actually got through to them the 1st time i called and they said they would refund my money except for 56.00 "re-shelving" fee if i returned the product. I told them i would not accept that and they just gave me and email adrees. I also cancled my "membership" and they sent me a conformation email..so hopefully that will be the end of it. Now im not gonna buy anything online before i throughly research it. Also i got this from a website promising a free wii, and when i checked back the site was gone...so never doing that again either.

*NOTE TO EVERYONE*
learn from this. Do not order anything from websites like these!
