I canceled this subscription 6 days via website because you cannot cancel by phone (tried that first, on hold for 1 hour) after the free trial, company billed my account anyway for $88.97. I have sent several emails requesting a refund; no reply. I have tried to get satisfaction through the 888-765-5557 number only to be told that "she" only does sales. "She" gave me "billing" email address as there is "no phone number to cancel." I canceled my card because I don't trust these people anymore!
