I ordered this product on line on April 12, 2008 for a 14 day trial period. On April 18, 2008 I called the above number to advise them that I had not received my product. Their machine continully stayed on saying that all their customer service reps were assisting other customers. I call everyday, a few times each day the following week and could never talk to anyone the machine came on each and every time I called. On April 29, 2008 I called my bank to discover that colon smart had deducted $ 88.97 from my account for this product which I never received, and cause my account to be over drawn over $100.00 in fees. This company is a scam and something needs to be done. I have sent them emails they they have not responded. Thank you
