I've cancelled my subscription but company still is charging my credit card. I cancelled in the 14 days but they sent any way . Would like my refund because I couldn't use because of medical reason from doctor.

NOT ONLY IS THIS COMAPNY SCAMM ARTIST BUT THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. i have exhausted every option to cancel my order. called the phone # no answer. have gone to website to cancel and all i get is terms and conditions with no option to cancel even though they give the site address to cancel on the recorded message. this company is a ripoff. scam fraud.
